Your chance to share your resources with others.

ALO aims to encourage adult literacies practitioners in Scotland to share ideas, experiences and new ways of working.

We're looking for:

• learning and teaching resources you've developed, or tried and tested
• research and/or reports you've completed
• support material you use with your colleagues.

Teaching and learning materials must follow the Adult Literacy and Numeracy Curriculum Wheel for Scotland.

They should be in line with the principles of learning and teaching, be within the context of learners private, family, community and working life, and take account of the skills, knowledge and understanding of reading, writing and using numbers.

Your resource can be anything from a MS Excel spreadsheet that shows how to create and read a graph, a good website, a simple teaching idea to an example of good practice using technologies like blogs, podcasts, video, or digital camera. If your material is published elsewhere we'd like to link to it, so tell us where people can see it.
